This workshop is about focus and energy. Instead of thinking about a questions, you will chose a theme. Themes can include: work, love, friendship, finance and more. Focusing on one aspect of your life will give you a complete picture of that part of your life. There will be unique tea blends and stones available to help you channel your energy into the tea leaves.

Black Tea 201: Black Tea Tasting for Black Tea Lovers


You have tasted Earl Grey and English Breakfast teas. Yes, these tea staples taste delicious. Don’t you want to know more about black tea? This seminar will explore teas from China, India and Sri Lanka. You will taste teas from Assam, Ceylon, Darjeeling and China. You will learn how the tea is grown, manufactured, and brewed. Learn the difference between oxidation and fermentation. Discover the different flavor profiles, which include notes of pepper, honey, malt sugar and brown sugar. Learn the inspiration behind creating these teas. These teas are the base for Earl Grey, breakfast blends and chai blends.

Attendees go home with their favorite black tea.
