Green teas are noted for their fresh vegetal, nutty notes and pleasant aromas. These teas are not oxidized and naturally contain caffeine. China and Japan both produce green tea, using slightly different cultivation and manufacturing techniques. Japanese green teas are machine picked and steamed to stop the oxidation process.
