Organic Jasmine Tea
This organic green tea has been repeatedly scented with fresh and fragrant night-blooming jasmine blossoms. Blended with jasmine blossoms, this tea tastes delicious hot or cold. A true must have for green tea enthusiasts.
Traditional Jasmine tea is crafted with love and attention to detail. First the tender green leaves are plucked in the spring. Tea artisans choose young small deep green leaves to harvest. The leaves are dried slowly, allowing the leaf pores to open. Then the leaves are stored in a fridge, freezing the oxidation process.
In early July, the jasmine flower blooms are picked at sunrise before it opens. The unfinished tea is taken out the cold storage and slowly warms. The green tea leaves are combined with the fresh flower blossoms. The heat encourages the blooms to open, releasing the sweet floral jasmine aroma. The tea leaves absorb the natural aroma, storing it in the pores. After a day of commingling, the tea leaves are slowly dried and packaged. Jasmine blooms are separated from the tea.

Brew 2 teaspoons of jasmine tea in 8 oz. filtered 190 degree water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and enjoy! Save the leaves for 3 or 4 more infusions.
